Terms and conditions

At mrgreencasinogb.co.uk, the conditions below cover eligibility, account use and payments at Mr Green Casino.

The casino agreement

The operator of Mr Green Casino, Blue Rock Managed Services Limited, is incorporated in Gibraltar under company number 124838. Its Gambling Commission licence number is 67740. The operator also holds Gibraltar licence 158. The gambling agreement is with that operator.

The agreement includes general conditions, individual game rules and promotion conditions. Where these provisions conflict, the general conditions take priority. Material amendments are communicated before they take effect, through an email or a notice on the casino website. Transactions awaiting settlement remain subject to the conditions applicable when they were made.

Eligibility and registration

Players must live in the United Kingdom and be at least 18. Use from other jurisdictions is prohibited. Registration requires accurate personal information, including a name, residential address, birth date, telephone number and email address. Players must act for themselves and have the capacity to enter a binding agreement.

Each person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts can be closed and associated promotional awards or winnings cancelled. Deliberate or fraudulent duplication can also lead to closure of the original account. Registration is unavailable to someone who has been active on another brand in the operator's network during the preceding four months.

Self-excluded players and people whose accounts have previously been closed by the operator or another group member are ineligible. Further restrictions apply to group employees, suppliers and specified relatives. An underage account is closed, its transactions cancelled and its deposits returned.

Verification and account security

Mr Green Casino can check identity, credit information and the origin of funds during registration or later. Requested evidence may include photographic identification and recent address documents. An account can be restricted while checks remain incomplete, including restrictions on withdrawals. Unsuccessful checks may lead to suspension or permanent closure, with funds retained where regulatory requirements demand it.

Keep login details private. Activity carried out with valid credentials is normally treated as the account holder's activity. An exception applies where inadequate care by the operator allowed someone else to obtain those credentials.

Deposits and withdrawals

Debit cards are accepted for deposits. Payment cards must belong to the account holder. Credit cards cannot be used, including through an online payment service. If credit funding is discovered, those deposits are refunded and resulting winnings reversed. Gambling is limited to cleared funds, with no credit facility available.

Payments and balances use pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed. A single deposit starts at £5 and normally cannot exceed £1,000 without written authorisation. The withdrawal range per transaction is £5 to £50,000. Multiple withdrawals are permitted, and customer support handles requests for balances below the minimum.

Available cash can be withdrawn once deposits have cleared and verification is complete, provided no applicable legal restriction or investigation prevents payment. Money subject to promotional restrictions or unfinished wagering requirements is excluded from the withdrawable balance. Withdrawals normally return through the deposit method unless another arrangement is agreed.

The operator completes its part of withdrawal processing within 24 hours. Receipt then depends on the bank or payment provider, so that period is not a promise of arrival. Charges imposed by the card issuer remain the player's responsibility.

Balances and protection

Customer money is separated from company money, but this arrangement does not protect it if the operator becomes insolvent. A casino account is not a banking product and deposited money earns no interest.

Gameplay and misuse

Accepted gambling transactions cannot be cancelled. Individual promotions carry their own participation and wagering conditions. Fraud, collusion, automated play, third-party funding and deliberate exploitation of errors are prohibited. Investigations can suspend access to funds, and confirmed misuse can result in cancelled transactions, withheld winnings or account closure.

An error or malfunction can invalidate affected play and winnings even when the player could not see the problem. Affected winnings already withdrawn may have to be repaid. For interrupted games, a result already determined stands. For a single-player, single-stage game interrupted before an outcome exists, the stake is returned. For multi-stage games, the operator takes reasonable steps to restore the last recorded state so play can be completed.

Closing accounts and resolving complaints

Players can request account closure through customer services. Ordinary closure by the operator requires at least 14 days of written notice. Repayment of a positive cash balance remains subject to the conditions concerning unlawful conduct and prohibited activity.

Complaints start with the casino's customer services team. After its internal process is exhausted, an unresolved complaint can go to its independent dispute resolution provider, Ibas, without an access charge. English law governs the agreement and English courts have jurisdiction, while mandatory consumer protections in the player's home country remain preserved.
